History can be powerful, but not always predictive, nor does it give advice tailored to your specific needs. No matter what the charts reveal, it is important to know why you are invested and whether you can stick to those reasons through the good and bad. That’s why we take time to understand why you save and invest. A portfolio without a “why” is like a ship blown to and fro without a rudder. If you are preparing for retirement, college expenses, or just want to start investing, a financial advisor can help build the rudder and adjust the heading as bull and bear market winds blow.
